CMS Belgium advised Liège-based start-up Phasya in the sale of their company to Tobii, the world-leader in eyetracking solutions. Phasya has developed software for monitoring physiological and cognitive states that influence human behavior, notably to improve drivers’ safety through implementation in Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS).
The CMS team assisting Phasya comprised Cedric Guyot, Benjamin Eiffling, Ségolène Regout (Corporate Law) and Lisbeth Depypere (Intellectual Property).
