Alexandra specialises in corporate law, in particular in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance.
In these areas, she assists both Belgian and international clients (groups, companies and associations) that are active in a broad range of sectors.
Alexandra was admitted to the Brussels Bar in September 2019. She started her traineeship in the corporate law department of a leading Benelux law firm.
She obtained her master's degree in law (cum laude) at the Université Catholique de Louvain in 2018 and subsequently obtained her master's degree in general management at the Vlerick Business School (cum laude) in 2019.
Alexandra is fluent in French, English and Dutch.
Alexandra joined CMS in September 2022.
