In September 2024, Bayram joined the administrative law department of CMS, specializing in public procurement, energy law, and general administrative law. He advises and assists both public authorities and private companies in the aforementioned legal fields.
He obtained his Master's degree in Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in 2023 and was admitted to the Dutch speaking Bar of Brussels in September 2024.
Bayram completed several internships during his studies and gained experience in various legal fields, such as international and European law, criminal law and public law. These internships sparked his interest in public law.
He is fluent in Dutch, English and Turkish, and is proficient in French.
