Blanche specializes in European law, State aid law, and competition law. Her practice covers various sectors, including network industries (transport, energy, telecommunications, etc.). She advises clients and represents them before Belgian and European courts.
Blanche assists public authorities and companies in all areas related to European State aid regulation. This includes assessing the existence of aid and compatibility, preparing notifications to the European Commission, and drafting the necessary legal documents for their implementation. Blanche obtained a master's degree in public and international law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2023, cum laude), followed by an LL.M in European law from the Institute of European Studies at ULB.
In 2024, she also completed an internship with the DG Competition of the European Commission and two internships in European law with other law firms. Additionally, Blanche holds a Certificate in Transnational Law (CTL) from the University of Geneva, obtained in 2023.
Blanche joined the competition law team at CMS in November 2024.
