Emma specializes in social security law and pensions. She advises clients on all employment and corporate pensions matters.
Emma obtained her law degree from KU Leuven (2021) and a LL.M in International Business Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2022). She was admitted to the bar in 2022 and started her apprenticeship in the Corporate M&A team of Schoups.
Emma joined CMS in February 2024.
