Emmanuel specializes in tax law.
He holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Namur, a master's degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain, a master's degree in tax law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, as well as a master's degree in European law from the same university.
He has had the opportunity to deal with various matters ranging from local and regional taxation to international taxation in a transversal manner. He has expertise in both advisory and litigation.
He speaks French and English.
Emmanuel joined CMS in June 2024.
