Guillaume began his career with a public body before specializing in public procurement law, construction law, insurance law, and liability law as an attorney.
He assists both public and private actors.
His expertise covers all stages of public procurement, from award to execution, as well as the conclusion and execution of private construction contracts, including insurance aspects.
From 2019 to 2024, he further enriched his experience in public procurement and private construction law as an attorney in several specialized law firms. He joined CMS in May 2024.
He is also a teaching and research assistant at UCLouvain Saint-Louis - Brussels in the framework of the legal methodology seminar and a member of the coordinating committee of the journal "L'Entreprise et le Droit".
