Laetitia has been a lawyer since 2019 and joined CMS' Public Law department in September 2023, where she focuses on public procurement and public-private partnerships (PPPs).

In these areas, she assists clients throughout the entire lifecycle of public contracts — from the tendering phase to contract execution — offering both strategic advice and legal support. She also represents clients in complex litigation before the Council of State, the Civil courts, and European jurisdictions.

Beyond her practice, Laetitia delivers training sessions and seminars on public procurement law with her team, sharing their expertise with both professionals and public authorities.
