Lola is an associate lawyer in the Corporate and M&A practice at CMS Belgium.

She advises clients on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions in various sectors in both a Belgian and international context.

Lola has a law degree from the University of Louvain (cum laude). Lola also holds an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of Ghent (cum laude).

Assisting Royal Unibrew in connection with their acquisition of PepsiCo’s activities in Belgium and Luxembourg relating to the bottling and sale of carbonated soft drinks and the field sales activities for snacks and carbonated soft drinks.
Assisting Septeo, a French portfolio company of the LSE listed HG Capital, providing software solutions for legal and real estate professionals worldwide, in connection with the acquisition of HRweb group, a leading HR software and service provider of management tools for employers, educators and government offices, and in connection with the acquisition of Data Consult, a leading software and managed service provider for notary offices.
Assisting Biogroup, one of the French leaders in laboratory services and medical diagnostics, in connection with the acquisition of CMA Medina Group, leading laboratory services provider in Flanders
Assisting Kereis, the Europe’s largest insurance broker for specialist credit-related life insurance, backed by Bridgepoint, in connection with the acquisition of a majority stakeholding in RGF group, a leading Belgian broker in insurance, credit and banking services.
