Having gained experience working at various law firms, Manon joined CMS in September 2026.
She advises Belgian and international companies on all aspects of employment law, both individual and collective. She assists them with the day-to-day management of their human resources, particularly with regard to recruitment and dismissal, working conditions, HR and remuneration policies, working time, well-being at work and social dialogue. She also advises on transactions and restructurings and represents her clients in litigation before labour courts.
Manon is also a speaker at employment law seminars and the author of legal articles on employment law.
Manon holds a law degree (2016) from the Université catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve and has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2017.
