Samuel specializes in tax law, more specifically in corporate and individual income tax.
Samuel provides tailor-made tax advisory services, both with respect to domestic and cross-border issues. Samuel also assists client on tax litigation (administrative phase and before the Courts) and tax ruling requests.
Samuel started his career in 2016 an international consulting firm (corporate tax and transfer pricing). In 2021, Samuel joined the Brussels bar and worked for two years and a half in the direct tax department of a Brussels-based law firm.
He holds an Executive Master in Belgian taxation from Solvay Business School (2023), as well as a LLM in International and EU Tax law from Maastricht University (2013).
He is a native French/Italian speaker, and he is fluent in English. He has a passive understanding of Dutch.
Samuel joined CMS in 2024.
