Souhaiyl holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Université Saint-Louis. He decided to continue his studies at the Free University of Brussels, where he brilliantly obtained a master's degree in law with cum laude.
During his studies, his growing interest in tax law led him to pursue a master's degree specializing in tax law at the same university, which he obtained with cum laude.
Building on these achievements, Souhaiyl joined CMS' Tax Department in January 2024.
