Private enforcement

We act for claimants and defendants in competition-related private enforcement matters, in a jurisdiction known for its still very limited number of civil antitrust proceedings. Through our colleagues from other CMS jurisdictions, where private enforcement in competition matters is more frequent, we have access to additional experience giving clients confidence in achieving a satisfactory outcome in follow-on actions, stand-alone actions and other competition-related civil proceedings.  Wherever necessary we team up with our specialists from our Dispute Resolution group.
