As a qualified solicitor (MLaw), Darshana Virag joined CMS in 2015 after spending several years at a leading law firm in the area. Since then, she has been working in the tax department as a senior tax associate. Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise, particularly in estate and succession planning. She is particularly active in the field of individual and high-net-worth family taxation, especially in relation to trusts and charitable entities. She also advises on matters related to international mobility and regularly provides support in corporate tax and restructuring.
Alexandre Conus, a certified tax expert and CSI tax expert, joined CMS in 2019 after several years with the Geneva Cantonal Tax Administration. He practises in all areas of Swiss and international taxation, advising both private and institutional clients. Alongside his work as a tax adviser, Alexandre Conus is also active in professional training with EXPERTsuisse and regularly gives lectures and presentations.
