Darshana Virag is a jurist specialised in the field of tax law. She advises both individuals and legal entities, in particular regarding wealth and estate planning, companies restructuring and establishment as well as cross-border transactions.
Darshana Virag graduated from the University of Fribourg in 2009 with a bilingual Master of Laws (French and German). Afterwards, she worked in the tax department of a law firm in Geneva specialising in business law before joining CMS as an associate in January 2015.
