After many years of operating the family business in the fourth generation, the owner of Aktiengesellschaft Ernst Hablützel + Co., has decided to arrange his succession in time and thus secure the long-term existence and further successful development of the company. The sale to the KIBAG Group shall ensure that the company can grow more broadly and sustainably and actively face future market developments from a position of strength.
Aktiengesellschaft Ernst Hablützel + Co. exists since 1921. This makes it the oldest and most important construction services provider in the Canton of Schaffhausen.
KIBAG is a family-run company in the building materials and construction services sector based in Zurich and employs a total of around 2000 employees, mainly in the building materials and construction services sectors.
