    German publicly listed entertainment group DEAG acquired the stake of its joint venture partner Ringier in the leading Swiss live entertainment agency Good News Productions AG. M&A partner Oliver Blum advised long-time CMS client DEAG on all aspects of the transaction, including the sale of Good News subsidiary MSF Moon & Stars Festival SA to Ringier.
