Planzer, an international logistic and transport group, acquires Leimgruber.
Leimgruber, a familiy-led logistic and transport group like Planzer, employs at four locations around 300 employees and operates 100 chartered vehicles. Leimbruber provides services in the fields of general cargo transport, container logistics and warehouse management. By taking over Leimgruber, Planzer expects to exploit synergies.
A team of CMS Switzerland lead by Patrick Sommer has advised Planzer on all matters of the transaction.
