ProductLife Group, a leading multinational life sciences corporation with a global presence, expanded its footprint in Switzerland with the acquisition of a 100 percent interest in the Cilatus BioPharma Consulting AG (Cilatus) and its Irish subsidiary Cilatus Manufacturing Services Ltd. The deal closed on 10 May 2023.

Cilatus was founded in 2014 by Dr. Johannes Roebers in Sarnen, Central Switzerland, and provides services in the field of quality management, engineering, validation, and manufacturing of products for the bio-pharma industry. Cilatus has a fully integrated consulting team in Switzerland, Germany, Ireland, and the USA.
Pascal Favre led the Geneva team of CMS Switzerland advising the buyer, ProductLife Group, and handling all aspects of the cross-border M&A transaction. The team further comprised Sr. Associate, Audrey Durand.
