Audrey Durand is Partner and Co-head of the Corporate/M&A group in Geneva, specializing in M&A transactions, venture capital, corporate reorganizations, corporate and commercial law. She also has specific expertise in the field of W&I insurance.
Audrey regularly advises clients – from multinational groups and listed companies to small and medium-sized businesses – on complex cross-border and national M&A transactions, both on the buy- and sell-side.
Audrey Durand also is an experienced corporate lawyer assisting companies with their day-to-day corporate and commercial operations, including with drafting and negotiation of shareholders and partnership agreements, advising on commercial contract and corporate finance matters, as well as handling on behalf of clients corporate housekeeping matters, including corporate governance.
