CMS advises the owners of Röntgeninstitut Aarau on the succession arrangements for the institute and its sale to Evidia (EQT)

The owners of the Röntgeninstitut Aarau have arranged the succession of the institute by selling it to the Evidia Group. The previous owners will remain associated with the institute in the future and will support its further development in collaboration with Evidia.

Founded in 1978, the Röntgeninstitut Aarau is a well-established outpatient radiology practice in the centre of Aarau. With an experienced team of doctors, the institute offers a comprehensive range of modern diagnostic imaging services.

Evidia is a leading European provider of radiology, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy services and operates a network of clinics in Germany, Sweden, Norway and the United Kingdom. The group is backed by EQT.
