For the fifth time, the leading Swiss business magazine BILANZ and newspaper Le Temps have published their ranking of the best law firms in Switzerland. We are delighted to be ranked, once again, as one of them. CMS von Erlach Partners is rated in a total of 27 out of 31 areas of law as one of the top 25 law firms in Switzerland, which is more than any other law firm in Switzerland and further highlights our position as a leading full-service law firm.

The survey took place from 12 October to 4 December 2020. More than 7,300 lawyers, around 900 in-house lawyers, the heads of the legal departments of the 500 largest companies in Switzerland and clients of law firms were invited to take part in the survey and made more than 25,000 recommendations. On average, at least 136 law firms have received recommendations in each area of law.
