Niederönz / Zürich – Bystronic Laser AG, a member of the Conzzeta Group, has acquired all shares in FMG Fördertechnik AG and FMG Verfahrenstechnik AG, both based in Sulgen. Since 1989, FMG specializes in warehousing, material handling, and sorting systems, supporting clients with innovative end-to-end solutions in process and production engineering. In 2015, the FMG Group generated net revenues of CHF 6 million.
