Zurich – The current owners of Kieser Training have sold all their shares to the group's management and certain private investors as part of a management buy-out.
Kieser Training is a Swiss based, internationally operating gym chain. It operates around 160 gyms across 7 countries.
CMS has advised the buyers on all legal aspects in the context of this process as well as within the scope of the negotiations of the related transaction documents and the structuring of their investment. The transaction was led by CMS Switzerland, with involvement from CMS Germany.
