New Counsel at CMS

We are pleased to announce that Professor Sylvain Marchand has joined the Geneva office as Counsel.

Sylvain Marchand is a Professor at the University of Geneva and an Associate Professor at the University of Neuchâtel. He teaches contract law, law of obligations and debt enforcement law. He also teaches legal drafting at the Geneva Bar School. Sylvain Marchand is the author of numerous publications. He often acts as an expert in international arbitrations and advises clients in commercial transactions.
