New Counsel: Danièle Falter Rejoins CMS Geneva to strengthen Dispute Resolution Practice

We are pleased to announce that Danièle Falter has rejoined CMS Geneva as Counsel in our Dispute Resolution team on 1 April 2025.
Danièle Falter has been drawing on her extensive experience in dispute resolution, contract law, commercial law, white-collar crime, and international legal assistance. She also has a recognised specialisation in family and inheritance law.
Danièle Falter previously served as a partner at CMS von Erlach Poncet (now CMS von Erlach Partners SA) from 2013 to 2020. Before returning to CMS, she practised at a renowned law firm in Geneva. In addition to her legal practice, she serves as a deputy judge at the Geneva Court of Appeal.
