Danièle Falter is a Counsel and lawyer within the Dispute Resolution team at CMS Geneva.
She brings her clients extensive experience in dispute resolution, with recognised expertise in contract law, commercial law, white-collar crime, and international legal assistance. Danièle Falter is also highly regarded for her skills in family law and inheritance law.
From 2013 to 2020, she held the position of Partner at CMS von Erlach Poncet. Before returning to CMS, she practised at a renowned law firm in Geneva.
In addition to her legal practice, Danièle Falter also serves as a Deputy Judge at the Geneva Court of Justice.
