Dr André E. Lebrecht’s main focus is on legal issues in commercial matters, in particular transactions, litigation, arbitration and regulatory work, mainly but not exclusively for banks, collective investment schemes, securities dealers, asset managers, insurance companies and industrial companies.
André E. Lebrecht graduated from the University of St.Gallen (lic. iur. and Dr. iur.) and the University of Miami (LL.M.).
He is admitted to the bar in Switzerland (Zürich) and New York, N.Y. In his professional career, he served for four years as a clerk of court in Zurich, Switzerland two years thereof at the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the Canton of Zürich.
As an attorney he worked for law firms in Miami and New York and for a commercial law firm in Zurich, 11 years thereof as a partner. He joined our company in 2008 as a partner.
