Christian Lüscher focuses primarily on litigation, banking and commercial law, construction law, landlord-tenant disputes, white-collar crime, and international judicial assistance in both civil and criminal matters. Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1990, he went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Tulane Law School in the United States in 1991. He founded his own firm in 1994 and became a partner at ZPG in 2005, which later merged with CMS in 2014.
In 2001, he was elected to the Geneva Parliament and advanced to the federal level in 2007, serving as a member of the Swiss Parliament. During his tenure, he sat on the committees for legal and foreign affairs, and in 2014, he chaired the National Council’s immunity committee. He also served as vice-president of the Liberal-Radical Party, a center-right party generally supportive of business interests.
Since February 2024, Christian Lüscher has been Chair of the Board of Directors of Geneva International Airport (GIA).
