Christian Lüscher focuses primarily on litigation, economic and financial criminal law, banking law, construction law and tenancy law.
Admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1990, he went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Tulane Law School in the United States in 1991. He founded his own firm in 1994 and became a partner at ZPG in 2005, which later merged with CMS in 2014.
Christian Lüscher was vice-president of the PLR (Liberal-Radical Party) from 2012 to 2020. He was a member of the Geneva Grand Council before joining the National Council from 2007 to 2023, where he was a member of the Legal Affairs Committee and Chairman of the Economics and Taxation Committee. He was the French-speaking rapporteur for the adoption of the Code of Civil Procedure in 2008 and for its revision in 2022-2023.
Christian Lüscher has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Geneva International Airport (AIG) since February 2024.
