Fabienne von Moos is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team, advises corporate and private clients in civil and commercial law matters and represents parties before state courts as well as in domestic and international arbitration. A particular focus of her work is directed to the insurance sector.
Fabienne von Moos qualified in 2019 and joined CMS in the same year. In 2025 she completed her postgraduate studies in International Dispute Resolution at the University of Aberdeen (LLM) and worked as an international secondee for CMS Edinburgh.
