Fabienne von Moos advises corporate and private clients in civil and business law matters and represents parties before state courts as well as in domestic and international arbitration.

After her studies at the University of Zurich Fabienne von Moos worked as a trainee lawyer at our firm. She worked then as a law clerk at the District Court of Meilen (Canton Zurich) in civil litigation, objections under art. 17 DEBA and at the tenancy court. During her education at the University of Zurich she gained experience in accounting as financial responsible at a non-profit organisation.

Fabienne von Moos was admitted to the bar in 2019 and rejoined CMS as an attorney at law in the same year.
