Maximilian Hauser specializes in corporate law, including ESG compliance with the implementation of appropriate internal processes, corporate finance, and international and national corporate transactions (M&A).
After completing his law studies in Germany with the First State Examination in 2021 at the Eberhard Karls University Tübingen, Maximilian Hauser completed his legal internship in the district of the higher regional court of Stuttgart. He then graduated in 2023 with the Second State Examination. During his legal internship, Maximilian Hauser worked at CMS in Stuttgart and Zurich in the Corporate / M&A sector as well as at the regional court of Stuttgart in the chamber responsible for disputes arising from banking and financial transactions.
After working as a research assistant at CMS Stuttgart in 2023, Maximilian Hauser returned to CMS Zurich in 2024.
