Monika Kawa is an associate in the White Collar Crime and the Private Clients Teams.
After her studies at the University of Zurich (with exchange semesters in Poland, the USA and Romandy), she completed a legal internship at a renowned Zurich commercial law firm. Subsequently, she earned the LL.M. degree and worked at the district court of Horgen for several years; most recently as a senior law clerk and substitute judge.
Monika Kawa joined CMS as an attorney at law in 2023. Besides, she works as a part-time substitute judge at the district court of Horgen.
