Companies should be aware of the possibility of investigations and fines for anti-competitive behaviour. We defend our clients in cartel and other regulatory investigations by authorities. We defend their interests in subsequent or stand-alone court proceedings. We stand ready to respond to investigations and dawn raids with a strong defence or through other appropriate means, including leniency applications.
