Julio is a partner and head of the Employment & Pensions Group at CMS Carey & Allende. He has over fifteen years of experience advising both domestic and international companies on labor matters, covering both individual and collective issues. His practice focuses on labor litigation, collective bargaining, union relations, dispute resolution, and occupational health and safety advisory.

Julio provides comprehensive legal advice to companies across a wide range of industries, supporting them in hiring processes, the definition of special employment conditions, the structuring of compensation packages, the management of employment terminations, and litigation. He also advises on compliance programs and occupational risk prevention.

The team he leads works closely with the Corporate and Tax departments, actively participating in due diligence processes related to mergers and acquisitions.

He is recognized for his practical and strategic approach, as well as for his close relationships with clients and his ability to deliver effective solutions tailored to the specific needs of each organization.
