Margarita Wolf advises German and international companies on individual and collective employment law, drafting contracts and supporting employers in all disputes arising from employment relationships. Her practice also covers HR compliance and the deployment of external personnel.

Margarita joined CMS in 2024, with prior expertise as an employment law research assistant at the University of Cologne and a large commercial law firm.
