CMS is hosting a seminar on 'Understanding and Minimising Virtual Risk in Europe and China' on Tuesday 6 June in Beijing.

The seminar will focus on Virtual Risk, covering areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, anti-trust, anti-bribery & corruption and social media.

Nick Beckett, Managing Partner of CMS Beijing, will be joined by Emma Burnett, Data Privacy Partner of CMS UK and Satyen Dhana, Anti-Trust Partner of CMS UK, to provide a comparative overview of the Virtual Risk issues for international companies doing business in China and also Chinese companies operating in Europe.

The seminar will be of particular interest to Legal Affairs Departments, Risk & Compliance Departments, IT Departments and anyone who is responsible for implementing safety measures in your organisation to minimise risk.
