Our highly-ranked team provides practical legal solutions to clients across the shipping and logistics sector. We have the legal expertise and industry knowledge to support our clients’ disputes, insurance, transactional and finance needs across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Our clients include shipowners, operators, freight forwarders, cargo interests, port and terminal operators, insurers, banks and financial leasing companies. We work closely with International Group and fixed-premium P&I Clubs, cargo underwriters and other commercial marine insurers. We have probably the busiest ship arrest practice in Hong Kong, with experience of arrests and release of vessels, including negotiating security guarantees and bail bonds, as well as taking action to obtain security for claims in many other jurisdictions via arrest or similar proceedings.
