  • Acting for a Chinese insurer of a resort on bringing a claim against the glass wall manufacturer in Japan before CIETAC arbitration (HK branch). The hearing was conducted virtually and involved Chinese and Japanese counsel.

• Defending the shipowners and the master in relation to nine military vehicles and firearms belonging to the Singapore government which were seized by the Hong Kong Customs on board the “APL Qatar” in Hong Kong, which was en route from Taiwan to Singapore.
• Pursuing ocean carrier for losses of a large number of containers lost overboard during a voyage.
