Eugene is an associate in the TMC practice group and is a Hong Kong qualified lawyer.
Eugene obtained his LLB at Durham University, an LLM LPC at the University of Law in the United Kingdom and his PCLL degree at the City University of Hong Kong. He is a native English speaker, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
His practice includes advising clients on commercial agreements, licensing, regulatory compliance and data privacy. He also has experience in general commercial litigation involving contractual disputes, employment and insolvency.
Eugene regularly advises leading companies in industries including e-commerce, social media, fintech, crypto, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, TMT, entertainment, logistics amongst others.
