Kelly is an associate in the Hong Kong office, assisting both the Asset Finance team and the Funds and Indirect Real Estate team. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2025. 

Kelly obtained her BBA (Law) & LLB double degree and PCLL degree at the University of Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 

Relevant experience

  • A major PRC leasing company in the financial leasing of four Chinese-built bulk carriers.
  • A leading PRC leasing company in the operating lease for one newbuilding LNG carrier.
  • A European lender in the secured financing of a luxury yacht.

  • 2022 – PCLL, University of Hong Kong.
  • 2021 – BBA (Law) & LLB, University of Hong Kong.

  • An Asia focused asset manager on the establishment of a number of private credit funds focusing on film and media asset-backed lending and UK-focused trade finance and asset-backed lending.
  • A Hong Kong based asset manager on the establishment of a BVI approved fund.
  • A Hong Kong quant fund on its separately managed account (SMA).

  • 2021 – BBA (Law) & LLB, University of Hong Kong.
