Tiffany is a corporate real estate lawyer focusing on PERE transactions. She is well-versed in general corporate and commercial matters, with extensive experience across the real estate sector. 

She regularly represents global private equity funds in both cross-border and domestic investments, including acquisitions and disposals of different property portfolios, as well as formation of joint venture platforms for asset management and development.  

She also advises international institutions, major Hong Kong developers and statutory bodies on a broad range of real estate and general corporate matters, such as drafting and negotiating documentation for infrastructure and hospitality projects, advising on leasing and other bespoke land issues, reviewing various types of commercial contracts and advising on general corporate and company law matters. She also has experience handling first-hand residential sale projects, conveyancing matters and land resumption-related litigation. 

Tiffany is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Brookfield and Maori Capital cold storage JV on the creation of a regional platform for development and management of cold storage assets, including the seed acquisition, financing, and redevelopment of a Hong Kong industrial property.
  • A global PERE fund on the formation of a joint venture for an alternative real estate asset platform in Asia and the acquisition of properties for the platform.
  • An international infrastructure fund on investments in the energy sector, including a USD 250m acquisition of a controlling interest in an offshore wind farm in Taiwan.*  
  • A global PERE fund in multiple acquisitions of industrial properties in Hong Kong for use under its self-storage business platform, both through asset and equity transactions.*
  • Swire Properties on its HK$ 15bn sale of Cityplaza Three & Four, and its HK$ 9.8bn sale of Cityplaza One.*
  • Angelo Gordon as the purchaser in a sale-and-leaseback transaction acquiring Kai Bo Group Centre.*
  • An infrastructure asset manager in the acquisition and leaseback of industrial units for data centre use and subsequent group restructuring.*
  • Sun Hung Kai Properties in the sale of 25% of its interests in the office portion of the commercial project atop the West Kowloon Station to Ping An Life Insurance for HK$ 9.4bn.*
  • A co-living operator in the acquisition of a hotel site.*
  • A boutique real estate developer and investor in setting up its private placement of shares by exclusive investors.*
  • The sponsor in the raising of USD 83m for the establishment of a medical provider and on relevant acquisitions of over 20 specialist medical practices.*
  • A worldwide legal services provider in the multi-jurisdictional acquisition of a related business portfolio.*
  • The owner of a leading cosmetics supplier group on the sale of her interest to a joint venture partner.*
  • The Hong Kong Association of Banks in formulating its proposal and contractual framework to digitalise payment arrangements for Hong Kong conveyancing transactions.*
  • Hong Kong Airport Authority on drafting and negotiation of a development agreement and lease extension for the redevelopment of a freight forward facility at Hong Kong International Airport on a design, build and operate basis.*
  • crXsspark on all aspects of its tender for the concession to design, build and operate a water sports complex at Shek-O Quarry, Hong Kong SAR as a public private partnership including due diligence, bid strategy, structuring, funding arrangements and preliminary agreements for the design, construction and operation of the facility, and community and commercial partnerships.*
  • A major hotel operator on different hospitality projects, including management of a hostel constructed on a site owned by a charitable institution and a Korean development comprising hotel and branded residences components.*
