  • Successfully acted for the bank to recover in excess of HK$28 million under an indemnity deed. (ICBC International Wealth Investment Ltd v Rollcash Investments Ltd [2023] HKCFI 2585)
  • A PRC client in an HKIAC administered arbitration concerning a contractual dispute in the value of approximately EUR 25 million.
  • A PRC SOE client in an HKIAC administered arbitration arising out of a shareholders’ dispute in the value of approximately US$35 million. 
  • A PRC SOE client in successfully negotiating a settlement agreement with a major international bank. 
  • Enforcement of Mainland arbitral award made under CIETAC rules and Mainland judgment in Hong Kong court. 
  • A Japanese client in a Hong Kong winding-up proceedings.
  • A PRC securities firm in bankruptcy claims against various individuals in Hong Kong. 
  • A winding-up proceedings against an asset management company in Hong Kong in respect of debts of approximately US$1.5 million.
