FSR: one year of enforcement

The EU Foreign Subsidy Regulation (FSR) that has been applicable since July 2023 enables the European Commission to review subsidies granted by non-EU governments to EU and non-EU companies when they operate within the EU. Join us on 18 October at 12:30 for an in-depth webinar where our FSR experts will address the following topics:

  • the general FSR rules
  • the implementation by the European Commission since July 2023
  • the recent European Commission clarifications on the assessment of the distortion in the market
