Introdotto nel 2015, il quadro normativo sugli ELTIF non ha mai riscosso il successo sperato, a causa delle caratteristiche restrittive che rendono difficile l'accesso agli ELTIF da parte degli investitori retail. La tanto attesa riforma del regime degli ELTIF è stata formalmente approvata dal Parlamento europeo e le nuove regole si applicheranno a partire dal 10 gennaio 2024.
In questo contesto, desideriamo invitarvi alla nostra prossima serie di webinar sulle principali novità della riforma, per aiutarvi a comprendere le implicazioni della modernizzazione del quadro normativo sugli ELTIF, che può aumentare l'efficacia e l'attrattiva degli ELTIF e renderli il nuovo veicolo di investimento più richiesto.
