Andrea Guglielmi is an Associate in the Firm’s Tax Department and is based in the Rome office.
Andrea specialises in day-to-day advisory services, specifically providing assistance with direct and indirect taxation and the preparation of financial statements, and has also provided support in connection with merger transactions. He advises industrial and insurance companies, both nationally and internationally.
His work consists of providing day-by-day consultancy, assistance with fulfillments and support for special transactions. He is regularly involved in providing day-by-day consultancy to primary joint-stock companies.
He joined the firm in 2022 as a trainee.
