Veronica D’Ottavio joined the Firm in 2025 as a Trainee in the TMC Department and is based in the Rome office.
Veronica specialises in data protection, cybersecurity, IT contracts, artificial intelligence, and consumer law. She advises companies, startups, and corporate groups on both domestic and cross‑border matters.
Her work includes corporate consulting in the digital sphere, with a particular focus on data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, as well as IT contracts. She is regularly involved in complex transactions, strategic projects, and ongoing advisory work.
Before joining the firm, Veronica gained professional experience in the field of technology law and privacy law in leading law firms, developing a solid foundation in advising businesses and individuals throughout the country.
