Alessandro Ruele began his collaboration with the Firm’s Real Estate Department in 2024, as Counsel.
Working in the Milan office, he focuses his activity on real estate developments, including acquisitions and disposal, vertical development and construction.
He also gained considerable experience across various asset classes, with particular expertise in the large-scale retail trade and in the logistic sector (specifically in built-to-suit development projects), as well as in M&A transactions involving real estate assets, advising Italian and overseas clients among which investment funds and institutional investors, property companies and developers.
