Alfredo Gravagnuolo

Alfredo Gravagnuolo began his partnership with the firm in 2017.  He is Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance Law Department at the Rome office.

He assists banks, SGRs, investment firms, payment institutions, SIMs and financial advisory firms in relation to, inter alia, the establishment and internal organization of authorization and extension procedures for the provision of banking and financial services, collective asset management service and investment services and activities; drafting of contracts pertaining to the performance of the aforementioned services and activities and offering documents for collective asset management products; administrative procedures relating to the acquisition and divestment of significant shareholdings in SIMs, SGRs and banks; drafting of notes, opinions, corporate acts, shareholders' agreements.

He has gained significant experience in banking and financial market law, advising on the regulation of banks, financial intermediaries, investment services and collective asset management service. In particular, his experience is in the area of mutual funds both with reference to the relevant establishment of funds and investment operations.

It also performs in favor of SGRs, banks, investment firms and financial advisory companies passive litigation activities as well as support to the legal, compliance and anti-money laundering functions.
