Andrea Rimicci is an Associate in the Real Estate and Corporate/M&A Department of the Firm and works in the Rome office.
Andrea focuses his practice on real estate and corporate law, advising Italian and international companies and investment funds on complex transactions, with a particular focus on real estate transactions and extraordinary corporate transactions.
He regularly advises on commercial lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and agreements for the lease of business units, as well as on matters relating to the construction, development, management and enhancement of commercial real estate assets.
